Returns and Refund Policy
Products can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in its original condition (with tag still intact) and packaging.
No cash refunds will be provided unless the product is deemed faulty.
All refunds will be issued as store credit with a 1-year validity period. Please also note that any shipping fees will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to decline any refund if the returned item fails to meet the above conditions.
All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

All refund requests will be processed within 10 working days.
You’ll receive an email notification once the review is complete and the outcome has been finalised.
